Benefits
The core features uniform density and thermal properties, and is not subject to skin blisters and bubbles caused by thermal expansion of trapped gas pockets. There is no risk of delamination because MeTecno USA - Benchmark Division uses ICBO approved structural adhesive in lieu of thermally unstable contact adhesives employed by others.

Materials Used
Steel or aluminum facing, with smooth or nondirectional embossed surfaces. Unlike conventional foamed-in -place panels, MeTecno USA - Benchmark Division uses fully cured foam in bunstock form, which is slab-cut to exact thickness and individually inspected prior to lamination. MeTecno USA - Benchmark Division uses only proven, high-grade structural adhesives, and full length high-pressure lamination presses. MeTecno USA-Benchmark Division standard finish is Kynar 500^® PVDF resin based standard colors or Hylar 5000^® in 15 standard colors. Other baked-on finishes are also available.

Installations
Each series can be installed vertically, horizontally or at any angle, and can be preformed into curves, corners, fascia-soffit bends and other custom shapes.

Performance Capabilities
MeTecno USA - Benchmark Division panels are manufactured with a truly flat surface, excellent dimensional stability, tongue and groove joinery with concealed fasteners, and optional 1/2 inch shadow reveal.
